Premium quality red and white wheat berries are grown on their 125-year-old family farm in some of the most fertile soil in Washington State. This bundle includes an 8" Bread knife, 1 pound of yeast, and 3 varieties of wheat: Hard White Wheat, Soft White Wheat, and Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries, all packaged in 3-pound 100% cotton bags. We love how environmentally friendly these bags are as they are plant based as well as the ink used is water based.

Palouse Brand Wheat Berries are all incredibly versatile. The Hard White Wheat Berries are best used to mill into whole wheat bread flour, while the Soft White Wheat Berries can be milled into multi-purpose flour for any sweeter baking needs. Our Hard Red Spring Wheat Berries have a much bolder flavor profile and can be milled into flour that is perfect for creating rich sourdoughs. All of our bulk wheat berries are Non-GMO Project Verified, Kosher, 100% Non-Irradiated, and their farm is Certified Sustainable.
